Workshops and Sessions are non-refundable.
Digital download products are non-refundable.
For consultancy services, cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund of any advance payment. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.
For design projects, any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly. Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable once the design process has commenced. Upon cancellation, all unfinished concepts, drafts, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the designer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party costs, materials, or vendor charges already incurred will be payable by the client.
Overview
Reschedule / Late Arrivals / Missed Sessions
- Clients must notify the practitioner at least 24 hours in advance to re-schedule (via email or WhatsApp), or preferably earlier, to allow the session time to be offered to someone else who might need it. For sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the full session fee will be charged without a refund.
- Sessions begin and end on time. If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- If the client does not join within 15 minutes without prior notice, the session will be considered missed and charged in full.
Please note: Exceptions cannot be made for missed sessions due to the reserved time slot. In emergencies, the practitioner will try to offer rapid rescheduling support, but the 24 hour cancellation fee policy still applies.
Fee Adjustment Policy:
Session fees increase by 15% annually to account for inflation and continued professional training.
