Art-making brings thoughts, feelings, and sensations to the surface where we can see them clearly. I support you in seeing yourself with compassion and honesty.
Compassion helps us witness ourselves without shame, acknowledging the influence of socio-political context and personal trauma. Honesty helps us recognise our own role in what we are experiencing.
This witnessing, or awareness, is a key life skill that supports insight and personal growth.
Art-making can include visual arts, music, dance, drama, poetry, cooking, gardening, crafting, and so on.
We will start slow and move at your pace.
No artistic experience necessary.
